CURRENT POSITIONS

CREDIT ANALYST

This position is responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzes routine credit information at the request of various lending officers pertaining to loans. Prepares thorough analysis on credit presentations and annual reviews. Other loan department related functions as assigned. Performs all job responsibilities according to compliance requirements

Education and/or Experience:

• A college degree or equivalent is required

• Minimum of 3-5 years credit analyst experience

• Candidates must have knowledge and understanding of small business financial reporting.

• Candidates will be required to complete accurate financial analysis to be used in credit decisions and perform portfolio risk assessment analysis

Technical Skills:

• Solid skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Suites.

• Excellent verbal and communication

• Maintain a high level of focus and accuracy

Additional Knowledge or Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills where incumbent maintains a pleasant courteous and helpful attitude toward customers.

• Proven ability to problem solves, prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.

COMMERCIAL LOAN SPECIALIST – SARTELL, MN (FULL –TIME)

Job Responsibilities Summary: Principal responsibilities include direct involvement providing support to the commercial loan department by completing Administrative duties. Duties will include assisting commercial lenders with loan documentation and the maintenance and updating of commercial loan files.Assists commercial lenders by typing accurate and complete loan documents for customers and maintains credit files. To include: Preparation of SBA authorizations for PLP loans; preparing and submitting application documents to the SBA and disbursing loan funds in accordance with SBA authorization and credit presentation.

In addition, the position performs various administrative support tasks, project assistance, research and other duties as requested in the Commercial Loan department.

Education and/or Experience:

A minimum of 5 years banking experience is required. Minimum of 3 year previous experience in

Commercial loan operations and/or support. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and standard office equipment such as computers, fax, printer and copy machine.

Additional Knowledge of Skills: High attention to detail is a must, along with strong computer skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to prioritize multi-tasks and be detail oriented. Experience with the Core Processor Fiserv/Premier would be a plus.

Universal Teller – Part Time – Mankato Branch


BankVista works to build lasting relationships with our customers. Our Tellers are a key in helping us to accomplish that. We have an opening for a part-time Teller. Work hours will consist of but are not limited to 20 hours per week, and would include some Saturdays.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess integrity, creativity, high standards, and be achievement orientated. In addition the candidate must have strong verbal communication skills and must embrace technology. Excellent interpersonal skills where incumbent maintains a pleasant, courteous and helpful attitude is essential. An ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be detail orientated is vital to the success of the candidate.


A work week will consist of approximately 25-30 hours. Position is eligible for Holiday compensation. Work hours will consist of hours between 7:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:15 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to Noon on rotating Saturdays
